LA Times Covers Washington Proposed “Bunk Bed Ban”

Dillon Honcoop, Communications Director for Save Family Farming, was interviewed for an article in the LA Times about the proposed bunk bed ban.

“There’s an impending humanitarian crisis here with people with no place to stay” said Honcoop, referring to the thousands of temporary farm workers arriving now who would lose their housing if the ban was enacted.

Without the help of approximately 15,000 workers who depend on the bunk beds for a place to stay, billions of pounds of fruit will be left to rot in orchards and fields. You can learn more here.
