Despite numerous conversations, clear presentation of the facts about the falsified EPA study and actions by staff to fraudulently cover-up their failure to have the study peer reviewed to EPA policy, Administrator Hladick refused to take any action that would bring justice to farmers. Here is the letter we sent expressing our great disappointment.
