Farmers an endangered species?
6/13/2016Jody Galloway is a senior regulatory biologist from Chico, California. In an opinion published on several sites, he details specific concerns about the EPA and the Army Corp of Engineers. No doubt many farmers and ranchers would easily relate to these concerns. What about the non-farmer who is environmentally oriented, living in towns or cities away from farms? I’d encourage you to read information about farmer stewardship of the environment on this and other sites. Understand that farmers are not against environmental regulations that produce better protection. But they are against bullying, illegal actions and the arrogant show of power demonstrated far too often by these government agencies.
We encourage you to read the Galloway opinion “Thanks to EPA and Army Corps of Engineers, American farmers are a newly endangered species.”
